Thank you for considering our home. We invite you to stay at our spacious 4 bed 2 bath home with a community pool and minutes away from local grocery stores, eateries and Tyndall Air Force Base . We are looking for 3 reliable individuals to share and cherish our home like it’s their own. We don’t expect you to lift a finger once you arrive. Our home is now yours therefore, it will come fully furnished stocked and freshly cleaned with brand new carpet and fresh coat of paint . No need to worry about any utilities; that is automatically included in your stay: - Electricity - Water and Sewer - High speed internet - Cable - Lawn care - Maintenance - 24/7 Security

We do ask that you complete a background and provide proof of income before moving in.

We are allowing one dog per person to stay however , please be aware the pet’s size and breed make a difference in our decision. * our backyard is not fenced *

Bedroom 1, 2, & 3 share a large bathroom. Each bedroom is priced at $1,000. 4th bedroom is closed for our convenience.
