Thank you for considering our home . We invite you to stay at our spacious 4 bed 2 bath home with a community pool and minutes away from local grocery stores, eateries and more . We are looking for 3 reliable individuals to share and cherish our home like it’s their own . We don’t expect you to lift a finger once you arrive . Our home is now yours therefore, it will come fully furnished stocked and freshly cleaned with brand new carpet and fresh coat of paint . NO need to worry about any utilities; that is automatically included in your stay :

• High speed internet

• Maintenance
• 24/7 Security

We do ask that you complete a background and provide proof of income before moving in .

We are allowing one dog per person to stay however , please be aware the size and breeds make a difference in our decision. * our backyard is not fenced *

Bedroom 1, 2, & 3 share a large bathroom. Each bedroom is priced at $1,000 4th bedroom is closed for our convenience.

My husband and I have enjoyed residing here in Panama City however, we’ve decided to move home to Georgia. In the absence of us , we hope to find 3 wonderful individuals that are wanting to explore PC while living in a safe community.
