Bedroom for 1, as this is a two bedroom place. Minute from 370 and mins away from 70. Nice size room with shared bathroom. There is a half bath on main floor. Free to use the home as yours. Must clean up after yourself. Small dog welcome with paid pet deposit and monthly fee. Sorry no cats, I’m allergic. Mins away from Katie trail, several parks, shopping etc. Nice safe location.

I’m 41 starting over. I just finished school and work full time. I have 2 grown daughters and 1 beautiful granddaughter who may come visit from time to time. I work a lot and don’t have much free time. I’m a very laid back person who gets along well with others. I have a 2 year old 3lb Chihuahua who’s very spoiled and doesn’t know she’s a dog lol She is crate trained. I’m pretty new to the area but do have family near by. I’m looking for a roommate who is tidy and not only respectful but responsible and reliable with paying your half of the bills, meaning your rent. I love to cook and am more than willing to share. I love spending time with my family when I can. I like crafting, taking walks, camping and swimming. Looking forward to this chapter of my life and new friendships.
