This bedroom comes unfurnished. The owner stays in master bedroom and has his own bathroom in the room. Bedroom is twelve feet by twelve feet. Has a standard sized closet and four windows. Room is located in a four bedroom split-level home. Tenant(s) will have access to WiFi and internet cable (shares cost with owner), dining room, living room, half bathroom downstairs, kitchen, laundry room (washer, dryer), front patio (with fireplace), backyard (turf, covered patio, patio furniture) and water softener (shares cost for salt for regeneration with owner). Has two-car garage and owner has designated spot.

Rent is $900. A $200 security deposit is required, so $1100 due at the start of your lease (unless pro-rating the first month). Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, trash, sewer, internet cable) will be split evenly between owner and tenant(s). Room is available as soon as January 15, 2023.

Owner also lives in the home in master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Very clean, and works anywhere from 5-7 days per week. Usually wakes up anywhere from 7-10am depending on his schedule.
