This is a five-bedroom house for female roommates only. Currently three rooms are occupied by female professionals and two room are available (see photos of this room with green wall) for new tenant: $800 per month with all utilities included. Garage space is available at $50/month per car. Off-street parking is also available, free of charge. All utilities, high-speed internet, and professional yard services are included. Shared areas (entrance, kitchen, living room, family room, laundry room, hall bathroom) are professionally cleaned regularly, paid by the owner.
