Argam's room

Welcome home to our new construction, single family house with room available for rent. Your room will be approx 10.5 x 11 ft with brand new carpet floor (never lived in) and a closet which has never been used.

THE ROOM: The room includes a Queen size bed and nightstand with lamp and two drawers. The bed has Comfy Co Spa sheets with a basic comforter and two pillows, but you’re welcome and encouraged to bring your own if desired. It currently has a set of temporary blinds (permanent blinds coming soon-they’re on order for the entire house).

The room has a shared bathroom and is upstairs away from living spaces and master suite on the other side of the house. While the bathroom is shared, you will have your own sink and cabinet and set of drawers to use.

THE HOUSE: The house itself is furnished with all new furniture and features a large open kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, pantry, and separate guest bathroom downstairs.

WHATS INCLUDED: Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet, electricity, water, trash, etc. Laundry is available upstairs for your use, and parking is ample in designated space and in the street.

We are a gay couple, we have been married for over two years and we both work from home. We are professionals working in technology and social media industries. One of us has a designated office space and the other works around the house or in our room throughout the day. One of us is 24 and the other is 30. We are typically awake around 7am and in bed around 10pm. On weekdays we typically work and then spend afternoons and evenings at the gym or running errands. On weekends we are out and about–typically not around the house.

We’re looking for someone who is neat, quiet, non-smoker, and respectful.
