Private bedroom and bath in a 3 story townhouse in newbury park. Close to hiking trails, 101 freeway and Oaks mall. Bedroom is on the second floor with large walk in closet and high ceilings. Bathroom is detached however it is a private bath that no one else uses. Townhouse has patio. You will have full washer dryer and kitchen privileges. Pool on site as well as tennis courts.

We are a young couple with a mini black lab. We both work and whenever we are home we are either cooking or in our room (3rd floor). We spend our weekends working out, hiking or cooking in the kitchen. We are very easy going and are looking for someone easy going and respectful
