Gemma and Xander's room

We are two 20+ year old full-time managers looking for another full-time/professional making at least 4 figure checks to be able to afford splitting rent 3/4 ways in a 3bed, 2bath house/apartment in the Orangvale-Folsom area where we work. Our current lease is up May 1st so we’d like to have things sorted out by mid April. We’ll figure out budget and rent and all that once we find our third.(couples ok)

It used to be me and my current roommate but now it’s me and my bff J. My current roommate pulled out. I have one cat who doesn’t like other animals in her space but she won’t fight them, just hiss, she’s sassy. We’re both mostly at work and occasionally 🌴 but J more than I do, and away from the apartment. The only thing loud about either of us is the occasional friend (s) we may have over but very rarely. We’re both extroverted introverts and very much keep to ourselves unless invited to things outside of work. I currently attend flc online and have a side job of tutoring two little girls in kindergarten, so we both generally keep busy.
