We have one bedroom available in a beautiful and spacious home in Del Cerro. House is located on a cul de sac in an extremely quiet neighborhood with amazing view from front porch, located just minutes away from SDSU. House is newly renovated with updated appliances and a completely remodeled kitchen. Rent is $900/month with utilities included. Shared bathroom. Deposit is $300. House is currently occupied by two males in their mid 30s who are business owners. We keep the place fairly clean and expect the same in our prospective roommate. We have 3 large dogs in the home. They’re goobers and love people. Unfortunately we can’t take in any more pets.
