Hello there. My name is Fabiola, but go by Fabby. I’m currently seeking a responsible, trusting, considerate, clean, working professional with great credit - will need to verify including employment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this unit.

I have a beautiful space that is calm, inviting, organized and clean. The common space we share must always be left clean and organized. Everything has a place and easy to find. I take pride in having an organized space and I’m hoping the right person can appreciate that.

I’m very considerate, respectful and trustworthy. I prefer an individual who appreciates a tranquil space, especially during the week. I love to cook and will have light music as I cook-sometimes. Cleanliness is important especially because cooking is therapeutic for me, therefore a sanitary kitchen is a must.

I’m always open to meeting at a public establishment to see if we are compatible… Thats extremely important to me, which I’m sure you can appreciate as well.
