My roommates and I are looking for a 4th girl to join us beginning June 1, 2018 for a 1 year lease.

We live in west Lincoln Park (right past DePaul campus) in a 3-story unit with tons of natural lighting and space! We are a 10-15 minute walk from the Red, Brown & Purple Fullerton stops (a pleasant walk in good weather, or we are less than 2 blocks from the 74 which makes for a 3-4min bus ride to the train in cold weather/if we’re feeling lazy). Our building has a shared rooftop patio that is great for sunbathing / hanging out during the summer!

The room you’d be filling is on the bottom floor, 13 feet x 10’2“ with a walk-in closet. You would share a bathroom with my roommate who keeps it very tidy – your shower has a steamer! Cleanliness is very important to us as well as respect for others’ furniture/belongings, as the place is essentially completely furnished other than the room being offered. Washer and dryer free and in unit. My other roommate and I each have a room/bathroom on the top floor. The middle floor has a sun/dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. Rent is $850/month, not including wifi/utilities which are usually $18 for wifi and between $20-30 for heat/AC.

We’re all mid-twenties young professionals on the same 9-5ish schedule in the Advertising, Marketing, and NonProfit industries. The three of us stay pretty busy between work and social plans, so it’s common if there are only a couple days a week we’re all home at the same time. We still try to hang out with each other and would love to be pals with you, too! We love brunching and day adventures as much as wine nights with Netflix. :)
