We have a room available in a recently renovated 3bd/1ba apt on the 2nd floor of a beautiful street on Milton in the heart of Greenpoint.

The room has a large window facing interior aspect of building, still gets good light. Has a closet and also large enough for a queen sized bed, though full would be perfect here with and a small dresser or desk.

Apt: Beautiful Apt, 2nd floor of a nice building building on a beautiful street. Every room has a window. Bathroom is newly renovated. Good kitchen counter space. Brick building with minimal noise from neighbors. Hardwood throughout. Very nice, clean, modern common living room with a new sectional sofa, table for eating, flat-screen TV, coffee table. Bike storage in basement.

Laundromat at the corner, about 1 min walk. Very responsive landlord if there are issues, but has been a great apt to live in without any significant issues.

Walking distance to everything: Culture, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. 1 min to the Greenpoint G 7 min to Nassau G and McCarren Park 8 min to NYC ferry 15 min to Bedford L 1 min to Citi Bike

About Myself: 30yo, Male working in health care. I’ve lived with roommates ever since I moved out for college and I enjoy sharing spaces as long as it’s a good fit. Most recently I lived with 2 roommates, 1 male and 1 female who I met on CL and it’s been great couple of years. I think I’ve had the best experience with living with laid back, clean, and professional roommates. I’m interested in a broad range of things from biking around NY on citi bikes, ice hockey, photography, coffee shops, traveling, and whatever else I haven’t done. I enjoy having my own space, but sometime grabbing a drink or doing things with the roommates if the occasion calls for it. For my work, I will be working some odd hours, but I am very considerate and respectful of other’s sleep. My shifts will most often be 7am-7pm or 11am-11pm, or 7pm-7am. Also, I think communication is very important with roommates, so we can avoid any potential issues.

The other roommate is Keenan. He’s a clean quiet male in his mid 20s, working for a media company producing podcasts in Brooklyn. He’s generally working from the office mostly normal hours. He has similar interest including music and flag football.

You: Looking for a similar roommate of any gender, clean, especially in common areas, considerate, able to share a bathroom with two other people. Would like to have a easy going social apt where people get along and are considerate of each other. Also would like relatively social roommates who don’t only keep to themselves. No bringing back parties or being very loud either though.

Looking for mature, respectful roommates. Security Deposit is 1 month rent. No broker fee.

Looking for 1 year lease. Will not accept short term offers.

No pets.

Available May 1. Room can be furnished for a $350 one time fee with bed and dresser.

Utilities (Electricity, gas, WiFi) split 3 ways; almost always $40 per person/month.
