15x11ft room with huge connected private balcony (6x14.5ft) that has a beautiful view of Camelback mountain. This room is a portion of the living room curtained off.
This is a large 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located on the 4th (top) floor with elevator access. The main room is occupied by a very kind laid back & responsible 23 year old female who works in the medical field. Your room would be the living room curtained off with a private balcony.
The Scottsdale Shadows community has so many amazing amenities included:

You get 1 of the 2 sliding closets (yours is larger one) also located inside her room, plus the small hallway coat closest right outside your room. The full bath & closet can be accessed at anytime just fine. There’s tons of kitchen cabinet space for you including a pantry.
You have full kitchen & in unit laundry access.
- Must pass background check and provide proof of income. -Not pets (current roomie has a guinea pig in her room)
- Overnight guest occasionally is ok just let other roommate know, & she will do the same for you. -No smoking
- Room is furnished with a king size bed with frame, rug, & a dresser.
Room is available September 12th for minimum 4 month lease up to 1 year, with option to extend after.

Roommate is a 23 year old very nice and laid back female in the medical field, working 12 hour days 3-6 days a week.
