ROOM AVAILABLE FOR RENT STARTING: August 1st, 2022

The house is brand new, moved in April 2022. Has 3 beds rooms, 2 bathrooms. The room we are renting out is in the front of the house near the front door. We typically enter in from the garage so it’s like you’ll have your own entrance with the front door. You’ll have your own bathroom, but it is also the bathroom guests will use if people come over. Plenty of parking. The whole neighborhood is brand new with an awesome amenity center! The amenity center has a gym, tennis courts, pickle ball, and a beautiful pool. *At this time we cannot take any additional pets. *We will be doing background and credit checks on all applicants. *Would like applicants to be around our age, age range between nineteen to thirty. *Smoking of any kind is not permitted.

My husband and I moved to Charleston, SC from Washington State. We are military! We just purchased a newly built home in Nexton and are looking for a roommate. We love to workout and try new foods! We do have 2 dogs, they are extremely friendly.
