North Belmont Street

Each roommate has their own private bedroom with a full size closet and mirror. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the roommates bedroom. Clothes washer and dryer are included, along with central heater and air-conditioning. Wifi covers the entire apartment, and we’re located roughly 10 minutes away from the Glendale Galleria and other popular locations. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking.

My roommate and I are studying to work in the animation industry. We’re both vaccinated, and we’re easy going guys that likes to keep to ourselves. Occasionally we like to cook for each other and watch movies. There is no curfew, we just ask that we lower our volumes after midnight. We like to keep the apartment clean, however we’re not sticklers for being absolutely spotless clean. We do like to clean the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen each Sunday. Smoking is not allowed, nor any drugs. We ask that prospective roommates are vaccinated before applying.
