Hello.

We are looking for someone (couple ok) to take over a lease with us from June 1st-Nov 16th. (5 1/2m)

We are staying in a very safe apartment complex 2 bedroom/2 bath in Livermore. (Lower Level) Rooms come with own bathrooms. Share living room space, kitchen & laundry that’s in unit. We also have a small patio with a small storage.

Close to stores and freeway (580). Also, walkable distance to bus stop. Complex has swimming pool/Jacuzzi/small gym. It’s a nice little quiet area. There is a park right across the street too. Lots of parking inside complex & on street.

A little about us: We don’t smoke and don’t do drugs. We like to cook & I like to bake once or twice a week. Occasionally, we like to invite friends over, like once a month or less. We are very clean people, and respect people’s space. We are also both friendly & outgoing.

We are looking for people who can be considerate, clean, communicative, and respectful. If we can all do that, we can be really great roommates to each other!

We are expecting:

Good-great credit (since the office will be checking on that.)

Pays Rent/Utilities on time.

Drug free

cleans up after themselves.

We are asking $1300ish/m, that’s including Rent/all utilities: garbage/water/PG&E. (But it depends on pg&e, that’s why I put “ish” Renting the other room is: $1,166. Room: 1,166 + Utility: $134 = $1300
