About the room
$150.00 Deposit. Unfurnished room/bathroom for month to month rent. Baseline rent is $465.00 + split evenly utilities which average to an extra $100 a month. Street parking available. Must be quiet, clean, and contribute to household and be a respectful guest at all times. No yelling, running, breaking things on property, stealing, children, loud noise, hookup partners/parties or drugs aloud. You are a guest in my home. please be on your best behavior at all times. If not abiding by rules you will be kicked out the following month. Will be required to supply your own food, and kitchenware as well as mandatory cleaning supplies. The Microwave/Oven/Refrigerator are open to use if properly cleaned up after each use. Please do not touch the AC/Heater. Monthly inspections are mandatory and conducted during the day without notice by the landlord and owner of the property. Your area must always be kept inspection ready!
