Mahya's room

A spacious room for rent in a 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms apartment located in a first floor. The room has a large walk-in closet and an additional storage unit. The renter will have a clean private bathroom (located in hallway and facing the room). We will share the washing/drying machine in the unit. Renter will also have full access to the kitchen. The apartment has large balcony for taking fresh air. Parking are available for tenants & visitors. Nearby park (Bohrer Park) for walking/jogging.

I am a single mom living with my 5 year old daughter. A very nice little girl going to kindergarten in a nearby school. I am a drama free person and work full time. My daughter spent time with babysitter when I am not home.
