I am renting 1 room in my brand-new construction home with your en-suite bathroom. I am the sole owner of my home. I have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home near Old Town Scottsdale. $1100 includes all bills included in the rent if you do not always work from home. 2 days per week from home without the rent going up, for the right roommate who does not work from home all the time. The rent will go up by 1250.00 per month if you work from home due to the increase in electricity, internet, water, and gas. A small desk may fit in the bedroom, but not if you have a lot of bulky items. The room is currently furnished with a queen bed only, a huge walk-in closet, and your en-suite bathroom. Garage Storage. (perk) I live in a gated community with a community pool. I am only looking for 1 roommate, which would be shared with me(owner) and my 7 year old daughter, who lives with me 50 percent of the time. Rent includes (salt) water that leaves your skin and nails nice, so no hard water in my home, a queen bed, a mounted smart TV in your bedroom, blackout drapes in the bathroom, a linen vanity to store towels and toiletries, and a long mirror. The housekeeper usually comes to my home every other week, and this is a bonus to live in my home. You will also have access to the entire home in my 2,600-square-foot place. I live 10 minutes from Old Town and 10 minutes from the PHX/Airport. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and trustworthy roommate, then I am the right person to live with. You must be very clean and can maintain the downstairs kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, appliances, and bathroom. Please no slobs or someone who doesn’t take showers every day, wash their sheets each week, or someone who eats in their bedroom all the time. Eating in the bedroom or not showering creates harmful odors and allergens in the air, such as mold, bacteria, and bugs. The carpet will retain odors, so I need someone respectful who wants to live in an energy efficient clean home.

I am open to a month-to-month, or 6-month lease as I am looking for a long-term renter.

I am a 30-year-old young professional homeowner who works remotely full-time for Honeywell Aerospace. I like to work out at my gym and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am fun and usually keep to myself as I work a lot and or travel for work. I am looking for a great roommate who is low-key and clean. Can share home duties to ensure the place is kept up. I am a trustworthy person who is looking for someone respectful. I don’t do drugs or bring random people to my home. I don’t have parties during the work week or loud hangouts during my work week. I do like to have cocktails during the week/weekends in my home as well. I’m often out of town on the weekends.
