The community is very family-oriented and there are grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants located within a 5 to 8-minute drive from the property. The bedroom in the unit is currently furnished. However, the items can be put in storage for incoming tenant. The room is at the end of the hallway which allows for great privacy and ensures little to no disturbances from potential sounds coming from the tv in the living room area.

A professional 39 years young single mother and her soft-spoken and sweet 15 year old daughter live there currently. Both ladies are foodies, fun-loving, and responsible.
