A little about the home, it’s a four bedroom, three bath home. You would rent one of the upstairs bedrooms and have access to your own bathroom. The bathroom is in the upstairs hallways, so it is possible that it may be used by guests from time to time. The bedroom itself is very large, you can easily fit a king size bed with more than enough room. The room does not come furnished. The fourth bedroom is my office/guest room hybrid. You will be able to park your vehicle in the driveway. The backyard is a good size and I have a BBQ you are more than welcome to us. The neighborhood is very cute, quaint, and quiet. The house is on a col-de-sac and next to a park on the other corner. Walkable distance to downtown Windsor and very close to many grocery stores and such. Rent is $1000/month non-negotiable; utilities are not included. The deposit is $600. Utilities estimate to be between $100-$250/month, it ranges because not all bills hit on the same month, i.e., water is every other month, and trash is every three months.

Hello possible new roommate! My name is Kelsey, I am the homeowner of this super cute home! I have a 3.5-year-old Great Dane named Blue, he is the definition of a giant baby. I currently have one roommate, we are both in our late 20’s and work full time. Our ideal candidate will be around the same age as us, preferable in their late 20s or 30s. I am looking for a responsible, clean, drama free roommate. I cannot stress the ‘cleanliness’ aspect enough, it is important that the right candidate is ready to share common spaces, clean up after themselves, and help out with various household chores, such as keeping the kitchen and living room tidy.
