Dre's room

The apartment itself is in a great location. Just a few miles from downtown, Lamar, and Congress, the night-life options are unlimited! The property has a few pools on a little patio area for those hot summer days as well as a small workout facility, a laundry area that accepts VISA and such, and a private mail room for packages. Management is also extremely helpful and work order requests are very quick. There is also a nightly trash pickup. As for the apartment, you would have your own unfurnished room and bathroom. I have furnished most of the common space but am definitely cool with moving things around and for you to add whatever you’d like. It’s a fun spot!

Hi! My name’s Dre and I just moved to Austin mid February. I’m a student for a smaller university in Indiana but decided to take this and the next semester off to enjoy life and this great city. I’m very open-minded and keep the place a judgement free zone. I enjoy outdoor activities, watching and playing sports, and going out from time to time. I work a few jobs in the area so I’m often out for much of the day, but am definitely up for discussing trending topics, watching some movies, or catching happy hour at the pizza pub across the street when I’m around! While I’m energetic and outgoing, I do value some alone time to read, write, or maybe play some video games with old friends. All are welcome, let me know if you’re interested and take care!
