Lake view townhome in a newer gated community in west Lake Worth. Ideally looking for a quiet roommate that lives a similar lifestyle as mine. Non drinker, non smoker, lives a quiet lifestyle. Prefer a female ( I have references) as they tend to be cleaner and quieter. My home comes with bi weekly housekeeping and that I request half to be paid, $125 each month for tenant. No other costs associated with the price to live here unless there is more than one person. Parking is a challenge but manageable. Just be mindful I am setup for a single car driveway and we will have to shuffle vehicles occasionally depending on schedules. The ideal tenant would not work from home because I do. So I prefer someone who goes out on work days. Also, I have had great success with traveling nurses who need temp housing.

Quiet gated community on a lake right next to the clubhouse with a fully equipped gym, pool and jacuzzi. The home is the former model unit for the community so it has a lot of upgrades to numerous to mention. Clean home, non smoking and very peaceful community.
