East 1st Avenue

currently looking to fill 4 rooms in a 6 bedroom house starting June 1st, 2022! -the house is located on E 1st Ave -rent is $483 per person ($2,900 total), the deposit is $667 per person -there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 are shared and one is connected to a bedroom -utilities are separate -15 min walk/5 min bike ride to campus -there is no dishwasher but there is a washer and dryer, two refrigerators, and AC/heat -parking on street and in back -message me if you have any questions!

I’m a current resident of this house, and the only one staying, and I have a friend who may potentially move in as well. I’m 24 years old (25 in April) and I work in retail. I usually just go to work and come home and hang out in my room. I tend to keep to myself most times and I always clean up after myself. My friend is one of my coworkers and she is 22 and currently a junior at Chico State. Feel free to ask me any questions!
