Looking for a responsible roommate who can pay rent on time. Don’t mind if you drink but the roommates ask that you don’t bring the party home. Looking for female roommates only. You would share a large bathroom with one other girl. There is a garage that is being used as storage, feel free to use it! There is one parking space in the driveway that everyone shares and plenty of street parking available right next to the apartment. Two cats and a bearded dragon already live here. If you have a dog, it must be a registered ESA and gets along with cats. 1098 deposit. Rent is 1066 + 1/3 utilities and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is 30 bucks a month and utilities vary from 50-100 bucks a month. Must get approved with an application through the property management company. Proof of income and background check required.
