Ardy's room

2 Furnished rooms available room. One room is bigger than the other room. Pool and park in the community. The house is in the Southwest area. It is about 10 minutes from the Strip and plenty of shopping center nearby. The house has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom. I’m not going to sugarcoat it but the parking situation will be tough as I drive a truck so I park in the driveway. The garage is unavailable as it is being used as a storing unit. Additional parking is nearby since there’s no On Street parking due to the HOA (please do not be a diva in regards of parking!) There will be a $250 non refundable cleaning fee.

I have 2 rooms available. Unfortunately since I have 2 dogs already I cannot have anyone with a pet in the house Must Be Dog Friendly. Females only No couple! I work a full time job and looking for someone who’s not a slob, cleans up after themselves, drama free, not a diva and trustworthy. I’m very laid back, enjoys movies, and love to cook.
