Top level Bedroom with private bathroom available in a 3 level townhouse. Full laundry, kitchen, living room, dining room, and full length balcony on 2nd floor. Alarm system, ring cameras throughout unit. Very clean safe area. Close to all highways, stores and beach.

I am a busy professional that is very clean, respectful, and friendly. My daughter is almost 8 years old and is with me half time. She also keeps a very busy schedule between school and extracurricular activities. My best friend resides in the 1st floor bedroom and is the director of security at one of the west Boca neighborhoods so the house is often empty. I would like to find a roommate that fits similarly into the household where we can all handle our daily responsibilities while having a friendly living environment that if we feel like chatting in passing we can, otherwise if we want time to ourselves that’s fine as well. The setup is a tri-level townhouse with 1 bed/bath on the first floor, the second floor is all common living area that includes a full kitchen, dining room, bath, full laundry room with washer & dryer, living room and full length balcony with a fire stick tv. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and bath, my daughters room (she sleeps with me though) and a 4th bedroom and bathroom. I have ring cams at the front and back of the unit, Alexa smart devices and lights, MyQ smart garage door opener, and Sonos surround sound throughout the house. All tvs are smart tvs or fire stick tvs. The bedroom currently has a smart Samsung tv that can either be kept or removed. The community is very active, friendly, and safe. The pool is 2 buildings down and the property has tons of Walking/biking paths and lakes.
