Luxury Apartment on Floor 2 - Talavera located at the corner of 3 major shopping centers. Close to entertainment, and next to a park. Complex allows pets for additional fee. Great view of the west with beautiful sunsets. Apt living room and kitchen furnished, so all you really need is your bedroom/bathroom items. We just renewed for a 13 month lease, so we are putting the max stay at 13, but could be longer if we all decide to continue. PGE (Gas), Smud (Electric), Wifi, water and garbage are not included in the rent. We will split those costs each month.

Rylan (23/he/him) and Kay (19/they/them) are a couple that will be in the master bedroom with a cat named Oreo that is very friendly and shy. Kay is a hair stylist, and Rylan is a cook at a restaurant. Kay is around the apt during the evenings, and Rylan is around during mornings and early afternoons. Kay and Rylan enjoy watching anime, cartoons, and disney movies. Kay likes any type of arts & crafts, and Rylan plays video games on his PS4. We are looking for roommates who are chill, kind, and will keep the common area clean.
