Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease a room of ours. Rent would be $700 a month, plus utilities and wifi. We are located just outside of the Arrowhead mall and looking for someone who is in their 20s with a full time job. Our lease is up June 10th, so the sublease would be from March-June as we haven’t decided if we want to renew or not. PM for more info.
