Pheasant Run

This is a private room with its own entrance. It has a private bathroom. It is the old master bedroom of the main house so it’s spacious size. There is no access to the kitchen but there is a fridge and microwave already inside the room for use. Rent is $850 a month plus $100 for utilities which includes Internet, trash and sewer, water, gas, and electric.

There are four other people inside the main home with their own entrance so there is complete privacy. There’s an additional home on the property where I live with my children and their dad. We are a very quiet property and the neighbors have been here for decades and are very friendly.
