We are a professional couple of who have an extra bedroom with a large bed, plus a full bathroom, in our beautiful Encinitas house. Only 1 mile from the ocean, we get the cool ocean breezes. A quick 15 minute walk to downtown Encinitas with all of its restaurants, pubs, and shops. A short drive to El Camino Real and all of its shopping and restaurants. A 20 minute walk to Moonlight Beach.

Utilities average about $30 a month.
