Sean's room

Large bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom attached. This is a basement condo unit, only 6 steps down to unit. Very quiet building with great neighbors. Laundry room in the building. There is a designated parking spot in front of the building and a spot under the carport across the parking lot.

I am the only one living here. I am 51 years old and spend most of my weekday at work. On the weekends, I like to chill, quietly. I am liberal as hell, so open to all applicants. Age is not an issue, but maturity is. I do not do drama of any kind at any time. Home should be a safe, quiet and peaceful place.
