This is a great modern apartment situated in downtown Stamford. Located next to the mall, and only a block or two away from Bedford and Summer St., this spot is ideal for anyone looking to be near the heart of Stamford without paying the exorbitant cost of rent that most people pay in the area. The apartment is equipped with new kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and toaster), hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms (one for each bedroom, both of which include a shower, toilet, sink, and 3 cabinets for ample storage), a large shoe-storage unit in the entrance hall, and windows that wrap around the apartment to provide gorgeous views of a 4th-floor courtyard and parts of the city. The unit is located on the 5th floor of the building, which is just above the laundry-room, gym, gathering space, and courtyard. The other tenant in the apartment is the landlord who is very quick to take care of any repairs that need to be made at no cost to the tenant.
