No pets or smoking in apartment. 1 mile from the beach. Good area I have bee here for a year and a half. Parking garage 80$ for space rent amount shown includes this. You would be rooming with me, I am very chill/easy going. Work 9-5 in office. Come home I like to cook and meal prep. Maybe work out. Like to explore, hikes, watch shows/tv. Will be a graduate student in the fall so will be studying a lot. Easy going. I clean up after myself just ask you do the same!
