Hi! I have a room available in 3bd condo in Discovery bay. I lease the place so you will need to be approved as a subletter through the landlord. It has a private deck with water views. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom plus the 3rd bedroom can be shared. I never use the extra bathroom so all of the storage is yours. The extra bedroom is set up as a gym/guest room currently and your welcome to use it anytime. I also have a two car garage and one parking space. (My car is oversized so it unfortunately takes up most of the garage) I’m just looking for the right fit for a roommate. Would love someone similar in age. I’m a female in my 20s. I’m open to both female or male. Must be ok with dogs as I have one. Unfortunately can’t take anymore pets. I’m super easy going and I’m flexible for the right person!
