About the place: Updated contemporary beach house with 2 awesome ladies (27 and 30) who are looking for an equally awesome roommate to fill the master suite! The large master bedroom has hardwood floors, dual sinks, a large walk-in closet, an on-suite bathroom and private balcony. It also comes with a guaranteed parking spot! We have one spot for each tenant; 2 in the attached garage and 1 in the carport - almost unheard of in Newport! The house has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, central heating and air conditioning, fans in each room, a large family room with a sectional couch, and fireplace with a TV mounted above, a secondary lounge space with a hanging chair and (hopefully your) small couch, a large kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, built-in wine rack and built-in wine fridge, large dining room with dining table, a washer and dryer in unit, and a small front patio with table and chairs. It is a 5 minute or less walk to: restaurants, bars, groceries, shopping, and the beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by canals on 3 sides and the neighbors are all very friendly and laid back.

A little about us: We are Lauren(27) and Beth(30), professionals who are responsible during the week and like to have fun on the weekends. We work typical 8-5 jobs Mon-Fri, occasionally followed by happy hours with friends. On the weekends, we like to enjoy the outdoors, take trips, go to concerts, go boating, etc. We have lived together about 2 1/2 years and are very good friends. We both love to travel and cook, and really are up for just about anything. We can barely contain our excitement about the last season of Game of Thrones, and we also might cry when it ends. We enjoy watching Archer and The Office to veg out to after a long day, glass of red wine in hand.

A little about you: We’re looking for somebody who is fun and outgoing (female or male), ideally in their mid-late 20s or 30s, who lives a similar social life to us, cleans up after themselves and is in general respectful of everyone’s things and spaces. You like to get out of the house and aren’t a total homebody, also not a murderer. We have dog friends who visit, so you must like dogs (and if you don’t you’re probably a murderer). Liking GoT is a plus, and sending memes could win us over. Also must be ok with the occasional late night pizza binge.
