North Honore Street

Hello. I am looking for a roommate to take over my room at 1845 N Honore St in the Bucktown/Wicker Park/Logan Square (zip 60622) area at the beginning of May or June 2018. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood and is a convenient 3 block walk to both North ave and Damen ave. The walk to the Blue Line stop at N Damen is less than 10 minutes. There is almost always parking available on the street within the 2 block radius. The 606, which is an elevated 2.7 running track, is 1 block away. It is the second and third floor of a three floor building located in between the Drummond Montessori Magnet School and Saint Mary of the Angels school and church. The neighbors are all very friendly and there are lots of good restaurants and bars in the area.

The house, rooms, and components are broken down as follows:

-Large kitchen w/ dishwasher, garbage disposal, wood cabinets, fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, tv, and a kitchen island- (~273 sq ft) (Kitchen utensils, cups, dishes, and cookware already here)

-3 bathrooms (1 on first floor; 2 on second floor)- (~39 sq ft; second floor ~37 sq ft)

-3 bedrooms w/ closets- (yours will be ~147 sq ft or ~12.5ft x 11.8ft)(closet ~22 sq ft or 11ft x 2ft deep w/ hanging shelve) (wall to wall carpeted)

-Very large living room w/ tvs and couches- (~308 sq ft)

-Auxiliary storage area- (~78 sq ft) (keep equipment in here)

-High ceilings and great lighting -Washer and Dryer -Air Conditioning and Heat -Cable and Internet (Comcast)(It is fast) -Coat Closet and Linen closets -Wood Floors (easy to maintain)

-Lots of nice windows w/ blinds; lots of nice views with trees -Outdoor area for grilling in warmer months w/ small yard -Mailbox -Bike Storage -Outdoor front door and indoor front door require key access (separate keys) and rest of building is gated

• Maintenance on building manager by owner and is very responsive and friendly
• No pets

I am moving back home to work for the summer before starting law school. You would be moving in with my current two roommates who are 25 year old college graduates and working professionals. They have been living in this location for almost three years. One works at the home from time to time for his online advanced degree while the other works downtown near millennium park. I have known these two since lower school, and they are truly great individuals. They are respectful, understanding, energetic and a lot of fun.
