Beautiful, safe neighborhood, plenty of street parking, and the ocean is literally at the end of our block! 😍 Our home has everything you would need and includes outdoor space, fire pit with projector, and access to paddle boards & bikes. Two large living rooms and a large kitchen with two fridges to allow plenty of space to enjoy. Private room furnished for you and shared bathroom with one other awesome gal, Jackie. Pictured is the shared bathroom and the available room with two different decor styles. Includes queen bed, headboard/frame, dresser, and nightstand.

Rent is $1300 plus split utilities averaging $80/mo. Lease is a month to month agreement with one months rent security deposit paid back in full at move out. Available March 1st

About us - my boyfriend and I have been renting to travel nurses for years. Our room is upstairs and essentially it’s own suite. We are typically out of sight, unless we are all hanging out! I work shift work in events, and he works 9-5. The main floor has all three subletted rooms and two bathrooms. We currently have a speech therapist, Jackie, and a teacher studying therapy, Jillian, occupying the other two rooms. We are all very welcoming, laidback, and enjoy the outdoors and activities. We also have a sweet blue heeler pup, Prince, and lazy blue Russian kitty, Bodhi. Sorry, no more pets.
