Nice room for rent in an awesome 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house in North Park near Morley Field (the best part of North Park)! Close to the restaurants and bars in Hillcrest/North Park. Walking distance to local grocery stores and Balboa Park.

• Tropical backyard with natural gas barbecue grill, hot tub, hammock, and outdoor deck with seating
• Central heat and air, dishwasher, and free washer and dryer on site.

Available July 1st, 2022 Month to month rental agreement. $900/ month rent, $500 deposit, $35 application fee for background/credit check if we decide to move forward with moving in.

Jordan(32): Full time M-F 9:00-5:00. I’m a fun, and grounded person who enjoys a movie night in, or an occasional board game with the roomies, and friends. Mindful of my great roomies, and a tidy guy :-D
