Diamond Ridge Drive

Three story condo, renting out the first floor suite (large bedroom, and private bathroom). The room has its own entrance (a back door), though it is near the front door as well. The rent would include all utilities and wifi. Kitchen and common living space would be shared. I am a father with two daughters and would prefer a female roommate and background check will be required. No smoking or pets, but otherwise fairly laid back and quiet home and area. We are located just off Hull Street and 288, and very conveniently located. The room has been painted, so the walls are a lilac and the ceiling is blue.
