This house is in Temple Terrace, FL. A good location with a very friendly neighborhood on a dead end quiet street.

It has a fenced in back yard, places for parking. We try to have a spot for each person so we don’t get in each other’s way. We have a washer and dryer that we got not long ago.

Currently looking to fill the Master Bedroom before the lease gets renewed in mid March . One of our roommates will be moving out at that time. You’d get a master with a private bathroom attached, & also a garage spot.

We are both cool, fun people. Quiet, and respectful. Meredith (30) has been at the house now for almost a year. Likes to workout, works nights and is easy going. Myself, Stephen (27) am an outgoing person, work nights as well, has a 7month old Puppy 🐶 named Mia, house trained and the nicest girl you’ll meet. I’m pretty quiet at home, tend to enjoy a quiet place but definitely enjoy socializing. We are hoping to find someone that fits in well and is chill and respectful as we are. We like to keep the house clean as well, so not a messy place.
