Giovanni Zarate's room

I have one room available for rent in my home (room is the pic in the post) near Frys on Sarival and Yuma. The room is upstairs and away from mine. It is a shared bathroom (used when my daughter or my gf daughter comes over). You have access to the kitchen, backyard and almost everything else. There is a loft area upstairs you can use. I do ask no smokers, due to my two year old. I am okay with vaping outside. Please contact me for more information. If you would like the room furnished, lmk too. All bills included. It’s just me and my girlfriend. I have 50/50 custody of my daughter. My daughter is 2 years old. My gf daughter visits every other week 2-3 days who is 12 years old. We are work full time. We have two dogs that have been trained via boarding classes so they are well behaved, specially with treats.
