The apartments are super nice and the apartment complex has a 4.3/5 rating. The location is great - 5 minutes to downtown Tempe and 9 minutes to Old Town. Your portion of the rent will be $1182/month plus utilities. WiFi, cable, trash valet, and parking are included in the $1182.

I’m 24, clean, don’t have pets, and work full time as an engineer on site. I like to go out and have fun but am serious about my job so will be pretty low key during the week. My preferred roommate is clean and doesn’t have a cat because I’m allergic. Send me a message if you’re interested!!
