Large, upstairs bedroom with two windows, walk-in-closet, brand new Queen size bed, new desk, chair and end table (comes furnished). Easy access to Hwy-76 and close to I-5. The entire home was recently remodeled. Room is close to (shared) bathroom with double sinks and upstairs laundry. All utilities and internet included, washer, dryer and refrigerators are shared. Home is on constant thermostat, so you’ll never be cold. The other people living here are mostly couples, all mature adults. There are no children or pets allowed (no exceptions). Contact owner if you are interested. Asking for first month rent ($850) plus last month rent ($850) plus a $400 security deposit.. so $2,100 moves you in. We just want to make sure we find a quiet and responsible adult (student is okay) and that we receive a 30 day notice when our tenant intends to move out.

Most everyone who lives there is at work from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm each day, as we all work at the same place. The owner works from home some days, but most days is not there. Most of the occupants speak Mandarin (Chinese) but the owner and two other occupants speak English. The people are all very nice, most of them are couples, everyone is respectful of the other occupants. Basically we all live together and work together. So we are looking for someone who can mesh with us and our quiet lifestyle and who will be fine with our schedule and who will not be loud, and (lastly :-) someone who is easy to get along with.
