Spacious room available for rent in two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Located within walking distance of Huntington metro station. 15 minutes from Arlington and Washington D.C. and lots to do in old town! You would get your own bathroom. The complex is beautiful with trash chutes on each floor and keyless entry. The kitchen and washer/dryer is in unit. You would be sharing with my girlfriend and I we live in the other room with our 16 month old daughter who is quiet. We are both fully vaccinated and I commute to work. We enjoy watching movies and rarely go out (especially with COVID going around) She is a stay at home mom. Utilities+ WIFI are split three ways no more than $90 per person. Room is available starting in February with lease renewal in March 2022. Must be able to sign lease. Smoke free property and amenities include full gym, pool, tennis court, racquetball court, concierge, shuttle to crystal city, package delivery, sauna, and yoga classes.

We are hardworking professionals who rarely go out but enjoy watching movies, cooking, playing board games, and the gym. We’re pretty quiet.
