Coko's room

There are 3 bed rooms and only 2 will be rented out. There will be only 2 occupants at a time. 3rd room is kept locked and is owner’s room when in town. Property is located near 5 frwy and Hammer lane. Near shopping center and walking distance from In-shape. House is located in a nice coda sac away from the outside stigma of “kelly drive.” Neighbors have been there for a while and keep watch for eachother and has good relationships with owner. This property is very clean, affordable and FULLY FURNISHED with comfortable beds, dresser, and night stand! Rooms have locks on the doors. This property also has a washer and dryer and will be available to roomies to use at all times

I am the owner who is a Christian woman. I recently moved away and will only come on vacation every 3 months for a couple of days or so. There will be only 2 roomies. Each roomie will have their own room with locks on their door. Both roomies will split all utilities each month which is around $124 and usage of electricity. Desired renters are Women ONLY (Traveling nurses preferred)but all women with a Job verification is welcome. Renters must be on a payroll and make at least twice the rents asking. All renters are not required to be vaccinated, but will have to aggreed to follow COVID-19 precautions and protocol according to the CDC. Roomies will be asked to sign a COVID-19 wavier of owner’s responsibility.
