Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m looking for a roommate to share my condo in Andersonville. The condo is in a great location, right off of Clark street and not too far from the red line. It’s spacious, specifically the bedrooms. The room up for rent is about 10’x10’. It is a third floor walk up, but not to worry, there is an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and a nice wood island from ikea. There is a spacious back deck with an unobstructed view. There is no dining room, but the island in the kitchen has seating. The living room is a comfortable size with a faux fireplace and large windows. And of course, there is a bathroom. It’s large, sunny, and updated. The rent is $1000, including all utilities. There is also a security system in the condo.

About me: I’m a 24 year old grad student at Illinois Institute of Technology. I am a lesbian, so LGBTQ+ friendly people only. I have 2 young cats, Lady Shortcake and Princess Brussel Sprout, who are very friendly and would likely get along with any pets you might have. Being a grad student, I am usually at school during weekdays. I don’t really party on the weekends, but I don’t mind if you do. I’m a kind and easy-going person.
