Southwest Vermont Street

This is a 1200 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath house with a functional kitchen, adjoining dining room and spacious living room. Available bedrooms are 9x10. All the normal amenities are included and then some:

• Washer & dryer
• Dishwasher
• Fridge & freezer unit
• Central heating & cooling
• Yard
• Driveway w/ basketball hoop
• Covered front patio
• Large covered cement area (good for, say, ping pong or parking)
• Landlord provides property maintenance
• Recently upgraded flooring, carpet, paint and washing machine.

The Southwest Portland location combines lightly forested suburbia with easy driving access to the city center and biking/walking access to many local trails and parks.

I’m looking for at least one, maximum two housemates. If there were two housemates, then one of the two bathrooms would become shared.

A bit about me:

• I’m 30 years old, Christian, and generally a quiet & tidy sort. I run my own remote business and consequently work from home.
• I enjoy cooking, but nothing super elaborate.
• I don’t smoke, and drink only rarely/socially/in modest amounts.
• I clean up after myself, keep a tidy house, and expect any housemates to do the same.
• Gatherings in the house are great, as long as they’re not too raucous and/or don’t run way late (defined as like 10:30 PM).
• I own no pets. Other people’s pets are a maybe, but it’s a very high bar in terms of not making noise or really causing any problems/hassle ever. 😬
• Covid “cautions” will not be required or enforced for either residents or guests.
• I think this would be a good arrangement if you’re essentially a chill sort of person. Bonus points if you like board games, chess, ping pong and/or tennis. :-)
