Charming South Laguna beach cottage! 4 blocks to table rock cove. Entire 1st floor and patio for rent, includes bedroom and en suite bath with steam shower. Kitchen laundry/powder room and living/dining area approx 600+ square feet. High end appliances water filters and interiors, furnished or unfurnished. Through the spring and summer time is ideal, it is pretty much paradise at that time! Very peaceful street, parking for one car only.

I’m a single woman and will be working on a long term project in the desert, My belongings will remain in the upstairs bedroom and office, I may check in from time to time. Bi weekly house keeping will be included with your rent :-)
