Private furnished bedroom with attached private bathroom in 2BR/2BA apartment. You would need to do a background check through the apartment complex. It costs about $50, but I would deduct it from the first month’s rent. You wouldn’t be on the lease, but just listed as a tenant. It’s a nice complex (Palm Villas)….pools, hot tub, small fitness center. No assigned parking. Whitney Ranch/Sunset area. Close to bus stop, lots of restaurants/shopping very close. Please have a job, no smoking, heavy drinking or drugs, and keep the place clean!
